Who Are We Looking For?
We know a lot of folks have contributed to the classic
gaming community; web sites, emulators, and more. Unfortunately,
with large number of interviews we get from the Classic
Gaming Expo and other shows, we have a limited amount of
air time for additional interviews. As such, we're trying
to keep interviews limited to the folks that started it
all.
This includes former classic console or computer programmers
(Atari 2600, Colecovision, Intellivision, C64, Atari, ST,
Amiga, etc.), editors of classic gaming magazines, programmers
of classic video game emulators & simulators, and anyone
else that the general public would find their answers, anecdotes,
and stories interesting and informative.
I'm who you're looking for!
How does it work?
Thank you for your interest in interviewing on RetroGaming
Radio. We appreciate taking the time to contribute to the
show.
We try to give interviewees ample time to meet our guidelines
to produce the show, however we understand you are a busy
professional with your own life and will do everything we
can to take your needs into consideration.
Its our intention to begin an interview process six weeks
before the show air date. The show airs monthly.
The process begins with an email exchange with the producer. He will act as your coordinator. You may be
contacted by us first, or you can make first contact to
express your interest in being on our show.
Once we have agreed on content, Shane will pen questions
via email to the producer who will forward them on to you.
These questions should be reviewed and approved. If you'd
like something added, changed, etc. please contact the producer.
He will coordinate the question reviews.
You will receive an extended version of this proceedure
explaining all our processes once you have contacted
the producer.
Thanks again for your interest in RetroGaming Radio. We
can't wait to have you on the show.
